We are honored to welcome Scott High, owner of Colterris Winery, as our esteemed host for the night. With deep roots in Colorado winemaking, Scott will guide guests through the terroir-driven flavors of Colterris wines, sharing insights into what makes Colorado’s wine country truly exceptional.

First Course

Buffalo Meatball with Creamy Bechamel Sauce

Second Course

Pickled Beet & Goat Cheese Salad em

Mixed greens with pickled beets, red onion, walnuts, apples, and pomegranate. Topped with vinaigrette.

Third Course

Petite Frontier Beef Pot Pie

Puff Pastry with beef & vegetable gravy.

Fourth Course

Grilled Elk Leg with Chimichurri and Sweat Potato

To check in, when entering, follow the red brick path to the "Eating House Doors." Once inside, please ask the host to direct you to the wine dinner.

Dinner Starts: 5:30PM
