Mixed greens topped with pickled ginger, diced jicama, and toasted pepitas, served with your choice of dressing. 

Includes fresh bread and pumpkin walnut muffins.

Entree

Your choice of a tender 6-ounce buffalo tenderloin, with a brown sugar and Dixon Red Chile Dry Rub, grilled to perfection, or an 8-ounce large warm water lobster tail, basted with butter.  Either choice is served with buttery mashed potatoes and chef's choice of vegetables.

Dessert

Mini Creme Brule - a delicate custard, with a caramelized sugar crunchy top.
